5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, codes, strategies, and content created by Sparkzont remain the intellectual property of Sparkzont until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables may be transferred to the client (as per agreement).

• Sparkzont retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sparkzont is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, advertising, payment gateways). Sparkzont is not responsible for downtime, errors, or losses caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

• Sparkzont reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
