Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Sparkzont IT Services, we value our clients and strive to deliver the best results. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased from Sparkzont.
1. Service Confirmation

Services are initiated only after confirmation via written agreement, proposal approval, or advance payment.

Once a project has started, resources are allocated, and cancellation may result in partial or no refund as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start: Clients may request cancellation within 3 working days of making the advance payment. A cancellation fee of 10% of the project cost (or minimum processing fee) will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

After Project Initiation: Once work has started, cancellation requests will not be entitled to a full refund. Charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Digital Marketing/SEO Services: Monthly/recurring service packages cannot be canceled mid-term. Clients may discontinue from the next billing cycle by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to renewal.
3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services: Domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, ad spends, and consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable.

Project-Based Services: Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed for unutilized portions of the project, after deducting completed work and administrative costs.

Service Dissatisfaction: In case of disputes or dissatisfaction, clients must notify Sparkzont in writing within 7 working days of service delivery. We will review and provide resolution (revision, replacement, or partial refund) at our sole discretion.
4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Force Majeure
Sparkzont shall not be liable for refunds due to delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, system failures, third-party issues, etc.).
